Our Professional Development Program aims to provide clinically relevant education sessions to support nurses in their continuing professional development.

Speakers for the professional development program are clinical experts in their specialty practice and the sessions are designed to generate and develop the knowledge base that complements daily nursing practice.

In addition to increasing the ability and confidence in practice through the professional development program, participants also have the opportunity to network with professionals from other clinical areas and agencies.

Professional Development Program – Entry to Practice

The RMH ETP study days are aimed at our pre-registration nursing students. These sessions are designed to consolidate, support and inspire pre-registration nursing students as they transition into the workforce. Each session has been developed to engage learners in different clinical scenarios.
