This workshop outlines psychological skills in working with people recovering from psychosis, using process-based ways to promote wellbeing and quality of life.

We will draw from current psychological models to identify ways to engage and support people experiencing:

  • Paranoia
  • Hallucinations
  • Delusions
  • Depression
  • Anxiety

We will consider these approaches within a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented lens. 

The day will be facilitated by Dr Eric Morris, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Senior Lecturer, Academic Psychology Unit, La Trobe University.
