We created the 5 Ways to Wellbeing as an easy guide to help you improve your psychological and emotional health every day.

Most people know what it takes to have a healthy body to keep us living longer. But when it comes to doing things for a healthy mind, it can be a bit hard to know what to do. So, to make it easier, we created 5 Ways To Wellbeing.

Founded on extensive international research about individual psychological wellbeing, the 5 Ways are:

  • Connect
  • Be Active
  • Keep Learning
  • Be Aware
  • Help Others

Dr Christian Karcher from the Royal Melbourne Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit explains the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

On the 5 Ways website you will find interactive and educational tools such as the 5 Ways to Wellbeing quiz, plus some translated resources for individuals, workplaces, health professionals and organisations.

Your psychological wellbeing is important, so check out the 5 Ways and encourage others to find out how to have a healthy mental wellbeing.
