Preparations are underway to build Parkville Station – one of five underground stations to be built as part of the massive 9km twin rail Metro Tunnel project.

Major construction works for the Parkville Station will be commencing shortly. To enable this, from Thursday 22 February 2018, Grattan Street will be closed between Royal Parade and Leicester Street for up to five years.

This will also require bus routes in the area to be diverted. From 18 February 2018, bus routes 401, 402, 403, 505 and 546 will be re-routed to bypass Grattan Street between Royal Parade and Leicester Street. To find out more visit the Public Transport Victoria website.

Access to the Ambulance Bay and to off-street car-parking will be maintained however, street parking will be reduced.

These changes will impact traffic, pedestrian and cycling routes so please allow extra time to get to RMH City Campus and follow the signage in the area.
