We have free guest wireless internet (wi-fi) access - search for the "MH-Guest" network.
If you come to hospital for a day procedure or longer stay, you may choose to bring your own phone, tablet or laptop and connect to our wi-fi which is available at our City and Royal Park campuses.
Look for the “MH-Guest” wi-fi network. You can follow the steps below to sign in for either:
Connecting your Android or Samsung device
Your Android or Samsung device may have slightly different steps, but the directions below will give you access to our wi-fi network. This takes just a minute or two to complete:
Go to your Android or Samsung devices's Settings Choose Network and Internet settings - it might be called Connections instead | |
Select Wi-Fi | |
Turn on Wi-Fi | |
Choose the MH Guest wi-fi network | |
Tap to Sign into the wi-fi network MH Guest | |
You may be prompted about security issues This is okay - tap Continue anyway via browser | |
You may be prompted that your connection is not private This is okay - tap Advanced | |
Tap Proceed to 1.1.1.1 | |
Tap the Accept button | |
You may end up on a website called 1.1.1.1 That's okay - you can just ignore this website and close this tab | |
You are now connected to our free wi-fi ☺ | |
Connecting your iOS device (iPhone and iPad)
Your iOS device may have slightly different steps, but these steps should get you access to our wi-fi network. This takes just a minute or two to complete:
Go to your devices's Settings Choose Wi-Fi | |

Choose the MH Guest wi-fi network | |
Your device may be prompt you that it cannot verify server identity This is okay - tap Continue | |
Tap the Accept button | |
