Who the videos are for?
These videos are for particular individuals who have had specific exercises recommended to them by their Hand Therapist for completion at home. The recommendations are based on the individual’s injuries and rehabilitation program following a hand injury.
When are you supposed to use them?
Your therapist will indicate which video/s are relevant to you and when to watch them.
