These videos are designed to assist clients in completing their exercise programs at home in a safe and effective manner.

We are aiming to provide resources for continued health improvements and ongoing activity to allow for ongoing best evidence practice. By developing easy to follow videos we hope to empower clients to continue exercising at home to improve their wellbeing.

Who the videos are for?

These videos demonstrate exercises that are specifically prescribed by a physiotherapist and / or exercise physiologist. They are designed for specific clients taking into account medical history, capability and goals and are not for general use.

When you are supposed to use them?

Your therapist will provide specifications as to how often to use the videos per week and for how long.
