Have you been diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris?

A pilot study investigating an oral medication to treat people diagnosed with the skin disease, pemphigus vulgaris

We are currently running a study of an oral mediction for people with mild to moderate pemphigus vulgaris. It is a 12-week, open label study which means that all participants in the study will be given the trial drug with a further 12 weeks of follow up.

Anticipated date that enrolment will close: July 2019

Who can take part

  • Males and Females between 18-80 years of age with biopsy-proven mild to moderate pemphigus vulgaris

What is involved for you

  • If you have pemphigus vulgaris but have not had a biopsy to confirm your diagnosis this will be competed at your first visit.
  • You will have an ECG completed at your first and last visits
  • Blood tests and urine samples taken at each of eleven study visits
