The success of any research study depends on highly trained study teams
In accordance with the International Conference on Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice Guideline (GCP) and the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework, each member of the research team must be appropriately qualified and experienced for their role in the research study and must participate in ongoing training and education appropriate to their role.

The VCCC Alliance brings you the latest in cancer research, education and clinical care through engaging, relevant and informative events.
Doherty Institute events provide an opportunity for staff and the wider community to keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in infectious diseases and immunology.
WEHI hold events throughout the year, from seminars and lectures, to open days and tours. Our events are open to everyone, including colleagues, contributors and supporters, who work or has an interest in medical research.
The modules provide an introduction to the clinical trials environment, clinical research ethics and ethical review and research governance processes.
