Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit

We provide extended residential treatment, supervision and support for people with severe and persistent symptoms of mental illness.

Aged Psychiatry Assessment & Treatment Teams

We provide mental health services to older adults as an alternative to hospital or to minimise the length of stay in an acute inpatient facility.

Behavioural Assessment & Specialist Intervention Consultation Service

We support individuals living with mental health concerns in residential facilities, the staff, and the consumers' families and carers.

Community Care Units

We provide 24-hour recovery-focused rehabilitation in a community residential setting to people with complex mental health needs.

Community Teams

We provide specialist mental health assessment, care and treatment for people across several community-based locations in northern and western metropolitan Melbourne.

Consultation Liaison

The Consultation Liaison (CL) is a specialist psychiatry service that provides clinical psychiatry consultation and support to the acute medical wards, the surgical wards and the intensive care unit of the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH).

Dual Diagnosis

We provide leadership, advice and clinical expertise on the provision of evidence-based treatment and care to those who experience mental health and substance use disorders.

Eating Disorders Program

Through our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, we offer a range of treatment and support options for people with eating disorders.

Emergency Mental Health

We provide specialist assessment, consultation, short-term care and referral for people experiencing a mental health crisis while in an Emergency Department.

Harvester Private Consulting Suites

We are a private practice of mental health specialists operating out of a clinic in Sunshine.


We provide targeted support to people to reduce the risk of suicide re-attempts post-discharge from Emergency Departments, medical wards or inpatient units.

Intensive Community Treatment

We provide acute mental health treatment to older adults in the Aged Persons Mental Health Program catchment area in their home or usual place of residence.


We diagnose and treat patients with symptoms and illnesses of the mind and brain, including complex neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders.

Older Adult Mental Health Inpatient Units

We provide mental health treatment and care to older adults in the northwestern catchment areas during an acute phase of mental illness.

Prevention & Recovery Care

We provide short-term intensive treatment and support in a residential setting to adults as a less-restrictive alternative to an acute inpatient admission.

Safe Haven

We provide peer support and a comfortable, non-clinical environment for people experiencing mental health distress.
