What we do

Our Inpatient Units assess and treat older people during an acute phase of mental illness until recovery enables them to be treated in a community-based setting.

We provide care using a recovery-oriented approach. This means that the multidisciplinary team works with the individual and their family or carer to articulate treatment goals and the process of working towards these goals.

We provide the most appropriate mental health treatment and care in the least restrictive environment to the person needing it.
