Corpus Medicorum is a Melbourne-based orchestra of doctors, medical students and health professionals that helps to raise funds for lung cancer research at the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH).
These talented individuals, whose professional lives are devoted to public health, come together several times a year to present a much-loved concert series at the Melbourne Recital Centre. Their performances are of an exceptionally high standard, and all profits are donated back to the RMH to fund lung cancer research.
Corpus Medicorum was founded in 2002 by cardiothoracic surgeon at the RMH and violist Phillip Antippa.
Visit the Corpus Medicorum website to learn more, or to purchase tickets to the next performance.
