Request donations in memory at a funeral service
Suggesting a donation in lieu of flowers is a very special way to remember your loved-one. You can inform family, friends and guests of your wishes before the service by including the following words in the funeral notice:
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory can be made to the Royal Melbourne Hospital Foundation, Locked Bag 800, Carlton South VIC 3053
Your funeral director can arrange to have donation envelopes at the service, or you are welcome to contact the RMH Foundation directly to request envelopes.
Every donation will receive a tax-deductible receipt and we will send you a special letter to say thank you.
