Feifei Liao has experience in community advocacy, creative health innovation, co-design and systems leadership across government, health and not-for-profit.
A Melbourne-based social entrepreneur, community builder, and 2025 Victorian Multicultural Honour Roll inductee who migrated from Sichuan, China, Feifei is the Founder of Our Point 3, Victoria's first not-for-profit supporting LGBTQIA+ international students and migrants, and Feifei Curiosity, a social enterprise using creative storytelling to improve mental health outcomes, build community belonging, and bridge equitable services.
She is also co-founder of BetterActs, a tech startup leveraging technology to achieve measurable social impact and better wellbeing.
Feifei brings lived experience in mental health as a recovery educator at Alfred Health's Discovery College, a carer, and a lived-experience speaker, and has carried that insight into her policy and advocacy work across multiple health and community advisory roles.
As a capacity building officer at the Multicultural Centre for Women's Health, she led the PACE leadership program, deepening her understanding of how migrant and refugee women navigate complex public health systems.
She brings deep expertise in intersectionality, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, disability access, co-design with diverse communities, and how language and technology shape health literacy and access.
A systems thinker and future public health visionary, Feifei believes that community trust, lived experience, and creative innovation are not just complementary to healthcare, they are essential to it.
