This workshop will focus on psychological skills for aiding individuals in their journey towards recovery from psychosis.

Drawing from contemporary psychological frameworks, it will explore strategies to effectively engage and support individuals coping with challenges such as paranoia, hallucinations, delusions, depression, and anxiety.

These approaches will be considered within a trauma-informed and recovery-focused perspective, ensuring that participants gain valuable insights and practical tools for their work.
