Dr Eliza Teo is a clinical cardiologist specialising in valvular heart disease and advanced echocardiography imaging.

She has expertise in the assessment of structural heart disease and provides intraprocedural guidance including advanced techniques such as 3D imaging, for transcatheter procedures including valve repair or replacement.

Eliza graduated with Honours from Monash University and completed cardiology and echocardiography training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, followed by an advanced fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston (a Harvard University affiliate), where she also obtained a diploma in biostatistics.

She has presented internationally, published in peer-reviewed journals, and contributed to echocardiography textbooks.
