Our Health Hub patient portal is a secure mobile and web application that allows you to see and manage information about your care at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and other Parkville health services.
Learn about the benefits of Health Hub from EMR Director Adam Boulton, patient and Health Hub user Mary, and physiotherapist Emily Cross.
Adam Boulton, EMR Director: "Health Hub is a very intuitive website and mobile application, and it really allows patients to be able to access key pieces of information within their medical record."
Mary, RMH patient: "Yeah, I really love Health Hub. It's easy to use, easy to navigate. It's safe and secure, so it gives you that comfort as well that your information is private.
"Really, really convenient. No looking around for bits of paper, no going to other websites, everything's housed in one place: your medication, your visits, letters that you might request, appointments, all that kind of stuff, and messages that you can get from the hospital.
"You get notes from the person that you've seen for your appointment, whether that's your doctor, your podiatrist, whoever it is, and I love reading the notes because it helps me review and makes me more aware of where my progress is at, whether or not I have to stay on the same course or if I have to make any changes."
Emily Cross, Senior Physiotherapist: "Any of our clinic administrative staff would be able to sign patients up. All you really need to know is that you just need a link and we can send that out via a text message or via email. Or, for those who aren't so tech-savvy, we can get your permission to send it to someone else in your family and they can help you to sign up from one of their devices as well."
