Dr Robert Anderson is a cardiologist and cardiac specialising in the diagnosis and management of heart rhythm disorders, including atrial and ventricular arrhythmias.

He performs a wide range of procedures, including catheter ablation and implantation of cardiac devices.

Rob completed his cardiology training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, followed by a PhD, and subsequently undertook an extended subspecialty fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology in Toronto, Canada. He returned to Melbourne in 2024.

Rob has a strong commitment to both clinical care and research, with ongoing involvement in clinical and basic science research aimed at advancing the understanding and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
