Dr Simon Iles

FCICM FCRACP (Infectious Diseases) MMSc

Intensivist

Dr Simon Iles is an intensivist and infectious diseases physician. He joined the RMH ICU as a consultant in 2013.

Simon holds a Master's degree of Medical Science and a Specialist Certificate in Disaster and Terror Medicine.

He has a particular interest in Clinical Courses (BASIC, MCEC) and is a Supervisor of Training for CICM.

With his background as an infectious diseases specialist, he is involved in the Antimicrobial Stewardship program as well as the hospital's Medication Safety Committee.
