* FBE must be ordered, collected and received with the thiopurine metabolites request because this is required by the referral lab to be able to report the result. 

CSR note: As per AUSLAB registration prompt, FBE must be registered and received on the same request as TGNMMP. If no EW tube has been recieved, add FBE and IREP and arrange recollection of BOTH TGNMMP and FBE.
