Transport to the laboratory ON ICE ASAP. Sample will be rejected if receipt is >30mins from time of collection. Laboratory instructions: Spin in a refrigerated centrifuge and separate plasma from cells immediately after centrifugation. Maintain plasma sample at 4C until analysis. Freeze at -20C if analysis will be delayed by more than 2 hours.
