Collection Requirements

>2mL CSF collected directly into polypropylene tube. Last collection required to minimise contamination. Transport within 24 hours of lumbar puncture (ambient temperature) otherwise spin (10min at 2000g within 2 hour of collection) & freeze at -20oC, and transport on dry ice
