Recent reports are circulating in the media regarding a junior doctor allegedly involved in highly inappropriate behaviour at Austin Hospital. The RMH is aware that the individual named in this matter was employed by our organisation between February 2024 and February 2025.
We have been actively communicating with current staff and using our digital channels, including this page, to reach out to former staff members who worked at the RMH during this period. We are doing this as a precautionary measure.
The purpose of this page is to direct former staff to appropriate avenues for further action and to affirm that the RMH is addressing this matter with the utmost seriousness. We continue to work closely with Victoria Police to support their investigation.
