Emma is a principal of Acacia Partners, an Australian corporate advisory firm that serves the needs of companies, their boards and management teams in contemplating and executing financial transactions.
Emma has more than 10 years’ experience in investment banking and financial services, corporate strategy and investor relations having held positions at Goldman Sachs JBWere, Evans and Partners and Healthscope.
Emma has worked on transactions spanning the entire capital structure, including equity raisings such as initial public offerings, placements, entitlement offers and debt raisings, including US private placements, listed and over-the-counter bonds and hybrids in addition to mergers and acquisitions.
Before starting her career in financial services, Emma completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy and is a registered pharmacist. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Emma was appointed to the RMH Board in July 2021.
