Dr James Wong

Deputy Director of Cardiology, Head of Non-Invasive Cardiology

A/Prof James Wong is a heart failure specialist and Head of Non-Invasive Cardiology Services at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

A/Prof Wong graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1985 and trained in cardiology at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

He obtained a PhD in vascular biology at the Baker Medical Research Institute followed by a fellowship in echocardiography at the Cardiovascular Imaging Laboratory, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, USA.
