Chief Nursing Officer — she/her

Kethly Fallon joined Royal Melbourne Hospital as Chief Nursing Officer in 2023, having been Chief Nursing Officer and Executive Director Nursing Services at Alfred Health.

A highly respected leader in the nursing profession, Kethly has over 35 years of experience as a nurse and has held various operational and professional leadership roles at Alfred Health, Western Health and other metropolitan Melbourne hospitals.

Kethly is passionate about nursing as a profession and has a particular interest in workforce planning, models of care and the impacts that the changing dynamic in health care will have on nursing practice.
