Kristine Rawlinson is a respected community leader, advocate, and CEO of Power to Care, a carer-led organisation supporting unpaid carers across the Macedon Ranges and beyond. With over 30 years’ experience in health, policy, and community leadership, she has championed systemic change at local, state, and national levels.

Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience as a carer, Kristine is passionate about amplifying carers’ voices, strengthening peer connections, and reshaping systems to better recognise and support the vital role carers play in the community.
