Associate Professor Michael Wong is a Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne and Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at Western Health.
A previous recipient of multiple national/international accolades - including first place Young Investigator Awards from the North American Heart Rhythm Society, World Congress of Cardiology and Ralph Reader Prize from the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand - he maintains an active interest in research currently supervising PhD students.
He is also a regularly invited proctor teaching national and international colleagues in new state-of-the-art cardiac technologies including leadless cardiac pacing.
