About Neurology and Stroke

We are an internationally recognised neurology and stroke centre for world-class patient care, specialty and subspecialty training, and clinical research.

We care for patients with acute and chronic neurological conditions across multiple subspecialties. We provide comprehensive clinical, teaching and research programs.

We manage ward 8B, as well as a range of clinical services.

Our team

We have a team of consultant neurologists, several clinical and research fellows, four neurology advanced trainees, basic physician trainees, neurology ward hospital medical officers, and stroke interns.

Neurology and Stroke is part of the Melbourne Brain Centre at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
