The RMH is proud to be working to advance health for everyone under the rainbow. We are committed to being a great place to work and a great place to receive care in an inclusive, safe and welcoming environment.

That's why we invite our community to provide feedback and help us shape the new LGBTIQA+ Inclusion Action Plan.

After four years of implementation and adaptation in our approach to supporting LGBTIQA+ and questioning patients, consumers, and visitors, the RMH is excited to announce that we are developing our next LGBTIQA+ Inclusion Action Plan. This new plan will embody our commitment to continuous improvement for the community, featuring actions that will help us enhance our systems, practices, facilities, and culture.

The objective of the LGBTIQA+ Inclusion Action Plan aligns with our broader goals around diversity, equity, and inclusion: to be a great place to work and a great place to receive care, for people of all backgrounds and identities. It also has a foundation in our mission to advance health for everyone, every day.

Your voice matters! We invite you to participate in this important process by sharing your insights and feedback.
