Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan and Workforce Equity and Inclusion Audits outline our priorities, actions and progress in making the Royal Melbourne Hospital a more equitable and inclusive place.
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan 2021–2026 sits alongside our Reconciliation Action Plan, Disability Action Plan and LGBTIQA+ Inclusion Action Plan.
All plans are developed in consultation with staff and, where appropriate, consumers.
Ongoing consultation with staff and data analysis will shape our work as we continue to review and refine our efforts over the life of this action plan.
