This is an exciting time to think about working at the Royal Melbourne Hospital ICU.

The RMH ICU provides sophisticated care and life support for critically ill patients. It is a diverse and challenging environment in which to work.

One of the strongest and most valued qualities of our ICU is the collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to patient care. A strong sense of teamwork across all professional disciplines fosters involvement in clinical decision making. This includes the unit’s medical, nursing and allied health staff as well as our visiting specialist teams.
