What we do

We provide specialised care and life support for seriously ill or injured patients. We care for people after they have had a major trauma or undergone significant surgery including cardiac surgery, neurosurgery and cancer surgery. We also care for people with complex respiratory problems, sepsis, cancer, kidney failure, infectious diseases, multiple organ dysfunction.

Many of our patients have complex care needs. We work with other teams and specialities to coordinate care for our patients while they are in ICU and achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
