About Cardiology

Our Cardiology service provides treatment, care and support for people with cardiovascular diseases.

We care for people who are in hospital, have been to hospital or need to come to hospital for:

Our clinical initiatives

The RMH is a major centre for arrhythmia treatment, research and training including complex electrophysiology procedures and atrial fibrillation ablation, and complex 3D mapping.

Cardiac Catheter Lab

Our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory offers a 24-hour on-call service through both Emergency and direct ambulance admission.
