Information about how to refer a patient to our cardiology department, including referral criteria and our local and statewide services.

How to refer

We accept GP or specialist referrals. Please use the RMH referral form or a referral letter:

Named referrals required

Referrals must be addressed to a named specialist, or to the department head Professor Andrew Taylor.
