We have free guest wireless internet (Wi-Fi) access for patients and visitors.
If you come to hospital for a day procedure or longer stay, you may choose to bring your own phone, tablet or laptop and connect to our Wi-Fi.
Look for the “MH-Guest” Wi-Fi network, then follow the steps below for your specific phone type.
Connecting your iOS device
Your iOS (iPhone or iPad) device may have slightly different steps, but these steps should get you access to our Wi-Fi network.
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Wi-Fi
- Ensure that your Wi-Fi is turned on
- Choose the MH Guest Wi-Fi network
- Your device may prompt you that it cannot verify server identity. If this happens, tap Continue
- Tap Accept
- Tap Done
You should now be connected to our free Wi-Fi.
Connecting your Android or Samsung device
Your Android or Samsung device may have slightly different steps, but the directions below will give you access to our Wi-Fi network.
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Network and Internet settings (on some devices it is called Connections)
- Tap on Wi-Fi
- Ensure that your Wi-Fi is turned on
- Choose the MH Guest Wi-Fi network
- Tap Sign into the Wi-Fi network MH Guest
- You may be prompted about security issues. Tap Continue anyway via browser
- You may be prompted that your connection is not private. Tap Advanced
- Tap Proceed to 1.1.1.1
- Tap Accept
- You may end up on a website called 1.1.1.1. You can just ignore this website and close this tab.
You should now be connected to our free Wi-Fi.
