We have a variety of retail and hospitality stores in and around the hospital where you can buy drinks, foods and snacks for different dietary needs.
Cafeteria and retail precinct
The ground floor of the RMH Parkville is home to our retail precinct.
Here you’ll find a range of places to buy food and beverages, and tables and chairs to sit:
- Macchiato Cafe (inside the main entrance) - open 24 hours Monday to Friday and from 7:00am to 7:30pm on weekends
- Zouki Cafe (hot food area) - open 6:00am to 7:30pm every day, including public holidays
- Salad and Spud Bar - open Monday to Friday 10:00am to 2:30pm
- Isabella Cafe (inside the Royal Women's Hospital main entrance) - open Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:00pm
- Green Organics (organic and healthy hot and cold foods, drinks and snacks) - open Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:00pm
- Royal Berry Juice Bar (fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, galettes, crepes, sorbets and gelato) - open Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:00pm
- The Deli and Sandwich Bar - open Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm
- Souvlaki Station - open Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm

Vending machines
There are food and drink vending machines available 24 hours a day around the hospital.
You can use a credit card or coins to buy drinks and snacks from these machines.
Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre
There are other options at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, including:
- Super 8 on the ground floor
- The Loft on level 7 (accessible from the RMH via the level 7 footbridge)
Hospital food and meals
Patients staying in hospital are given meals and snacks throughout the day.

Bringing food for patients
If you want to bring outside food for a patient, first speak to the patient's care team to check whether the food is suitable for the patient's care needs.
