Policies guide our decisions and how we operate. We also create a range of documents and reports in the course of running our organisation and carrying out our functions.

Key points

  • Some of our key policies relate to our community, patients, consumers and visitors
  • Others govern our daily operations and support the administrative functions of the RMH
  • Key publications include our annual reports

About our reports and policies

Some of our key policies relate to our community, patients, consumers and visitors. Others govern our daily operations and support the administrative functions of the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH).

Our clinical and non-clinical committees regularly review all our policies and procedures.

The RMH reports annually to the Parliament of Victoria on its operations. Those reports are published in the Parliament of Victoria's Tabled Documents Database.
