The Parkville Precinct Strategic Cancer Service Plan focuses on adult cancer services provided by the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Royal Women's Hospital.
The Parkville Precinct Strategic Cancer Service Plan 2025-2035 was developed collaboratively by
- the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (Peter Mac)
- the Royal Women's Hospital (the Women's)
- the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH)
The plan focuses on adult cancer clinical services provided by the precinct partners within the context of the broader Victorian health system.
The plan objectives were to:
- understand and document the profile of cancer services provided at the Precinct
- develop a shared vision for what cancer services should be provided at the Precinct
- outline long-term planning priorities to guide further work and investment

While the Royal Children's Hospital is also a member of the Parkville Precinct, the plan's scope only includes adult cancer services.
