Our GP Liaison team helps GPs and other health professionals to navigate and refer patients to services at the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH). We work to improve communication between the hospital and primary care.

Research

Community Advisory Committee

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is a strong and passionate voice for promoting partnership and improving care at all levels of health service design and delivery.

The CAC advises the organisation on the inclusion of consumer, carer, and community voices in all RMH activities. Members help shape effective partnership, planning, delivery and improvement of care and services.

Chaired by a Royal Melbourne Hospital Board member, the CAC consists of community members and several senior staff representatives, including our Chief Executive. Community members may be patients, consumers, carers, or general community representatives.
