We have proudly served the community of Melbourne for 175 years, and the plans and strategies we put in place today will help us provide patient-centred, innovative and inclusive care for many years to come.
Our Strategic Plan: Towards 2025 lays out the five goals for the organisation including to be a great place to work, and a great place to receive care. As we continue on a journey to achieve this particular goal, we have partnered with our staff, consumers, and members of our diverse community to develop actions plans that will make the RMH more inclusive space for everyone.
