If you lose a personal item while you are here, report the loss to staff as soon as possible.

While you are here

If you lose a personal item during your stay, report the loss to the nurse in charge immediately. The nursing staff will help you to try to find the lost item.

If the item lost was valuable, such as jewellery or money, staff will contact Security on your behalf.
