Researchers are encouraged to seek expert advice from the Health Sciences Library team in all manners of support. As well as providing access to journals and databases, the Library offers the following services:

- Setting up electronic table of contents (eTOC's) from preferred journals
- Evidence or subject alerts tailored to your specific interests
- Browzine: read the latest editions of your favourite journals on your desktop, smartphone or tablet.

Literature reviews
The Library assists in developing or performing searches for staff. The Library team provide training, advice and feedback on searches to support the development of your research skills to meet contemporary expectations. This can be delivered as group or individual support.
EndNote Training
EndNote Beyond the Basics sessions are for staff that are familiar with EndNote functionality and are using it regularly.
EndNote drop-in sessions have been introduced to support staff using EndNote with specific problems and are not training sessions. Staff who have not used EndNote or have only used EndNote in a limited fashion can book into one of the Library's full-day courses.
