Trained co-workers (Peers) undergo a comprehensive intake and receive training and development in addition to ongoing support to ensure a high quality service is provided to employees.

Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided by our external provider Converge. Employees can access this confidentially at any time.

An Employee Assistance Program is a free independent, confidential, short-term solution-focused counselling and coaching service for personal and work related issues.

The EAP is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employees can speak to an on-call counsellor over the phone after hours or call to make an appointment to see a counsellor face-to-face within business hours.
