Talent pool

Would you like to work at the Royal Melbourne Hospital but your ward area of interest is not available? Find out about how to join our talent pool today.

The talent pool consists of applicants who may have been unsuccessful for a position but might still be suitable for other positions at the RMH. Your details are kept on file and you will be contacted once a relevant vacancy arises.

Another way to be categorised into a talent pool is via an applicant who may have engaged with Centralised Recruitment Team with specific experience and at the time there was no vacancy. However the applicant possesses the values of the RMH and experience required for that area - therefore once a vacancy arises, we would reach out to that applicant to see if they were still interested.
