About this study

The primary purpose of this study is to help answer the following research questions:

  • How safe is mirikizumab and are you likely to have any side effects when you take it?
  • How effective is mirikizumab as a treatment for Crohn’s disease when other medications may not work?
  • How does mirikizumab compare to ustekinumab (a current treatment for Crohn's Disease) or placebo?
