The Royal Melbourne Hospital Quality Account (formerly known as the Quality of Care Report) is an annual snapshot of our achievements, describing how we measure and monitor the quality and safety of the care we provide and what we are doing to improve our services.

The report uses patient and staff stories to illustrate how we have partnered with community services to provide continuity of care, how we are applying research to improve patient outcomes and how we are responding to the diverse needs of our patients, consumers and residents.
