We only post job openings to this official portal, and occasionally to trusted job platforms such as SEEK, or our official social media channels such as our LinkedIn profile.
Interview process
If you are shortlisted as a candidate of interest, you will either be:
- contacted by phone to schedule in an in-person or Microsoft Teams interview, or
- emailed a Sparke Hire from us via info@sparkehire.com to complete a recorded video interview
After your initial interview or video recording, you may then have a second interview. These interviews will always be in person or through Microsoft Teams.
We will not ask you for sensitive information or identification documents during the interview stage.

Offer and onboarding
If you are the successful candidate, you will be verbally offered the position.
You will then receive the following:
- An email via Docusign with your new contract to sign
- An email from successfactors.system@careers.thermh.org.au to begin your onboarding in SuccessFactors
Providing your information and documents
SuccessFactors is where you will upload all of your personal and sensitive information, including your:
- identification documents
- bank details for payroll
- tax file number (TFN) declaration form
- immunisation history
- police checks and Working with Children Check (see Registration and requirements)
If you are a visa holder, we will use your passport to run a VEVO check to make sure you have valid working rights. See Visa pathways and eligibility.
We will never ask you to send any sensitive information or identity documentation via email. This is all done through SuccessFactors.
Missing documents or information
If any of your onboarding documents are missing, a member of our Recruitment Team will contact you directly either from their staff email address ending in @mh.org.au, or one of our team email addresses:
Your new manager will be in consistent contact with you until your start date.
