Feeling worried or anxious can be normal, especially in response to stressful or difficult situations. But feeling too anxious can get in the way of your life.

Persistent or severe worry or anxiety may begin to affect your sleep, eating habits or your daily activities.

When this happens, you probably need some help. Often this help can be provided by your local doctor, psychologist or counsellor.
