Before your appointment
Check that you are ready for your appointment:
- Run an equipment check (precall)
- Book a guided test call with our Telehealth team at least 3 days ahead. Our Telehealth team will call you and check your device works.
During your appointment
If your call drops out or won't connect:
- Check your internet connection
- Close other apps or browser tabs that are using your camera or microphone
- Refresh the page and rejoin using your original link
